Life includes challenges.

Each life time, our soul creates our personalities with gifts and challenges.

Our gifts are not truly gifts, but skills and ways of being we have learned very well.

We can’t not do what we have truly learned.

Our challenges are issues that need to be harmonised – things we still need to learn.

Finding ways to harmonise our challenges is the longest stage in the journey of healing.
