Words have power. They can hurt or heal people, inspire or paralyse them.

Each word is a bell ringing in the ethers signalling to the Universe our intentions.

Each word is an expression of our consciousness and our maturity.

Sometimes other’s words ring so loudly in our ears that we cannot unhear them… and so, we learn.

Sometimes we hear our own words and recognise ourselves in a deep and profound way… and change follows.

Words have power.

There are also words OF power. Words like joy, love, kindness, human being, belong… and other words like I, we and us.

When we put them together we have an irresistable force for change in the world.

So, just for today… intentionally… I am peace.
