What therapy is right for you?
I work in a holistic way where the way forward is determined by what is right for you and what will achieve your goals. You may come to your first appointment with a very clear idea of a therapy you would like to try. Some people are less sure. Once we have explored your circumstances, dreams and desires, I can recommend a therapy that is most likely to achieve the results you are after. You may change your mind. You may not.
If I don’t think that any of the services I have to offer will be effective in achieving your goals, I will tell you and refer you to someone I think can help. (There are times when rather than a therapist, people need a doctor, naturopath, chiropractor, physio or yoga instructor… you get the picture.)
